A rent-receipt generator that turns tenant, property, and payment details into a multi-month PDF, with receipt previews and signature input.

## From rent details to a printable receipt.

Preparing receipts for several months repeats the same tenant and property information. Memo collects those inputs once and turns them into a consistent set of receipt pages.

## How it works

- Enter property, tenant, and payment details
- Choose the receipt period and add a signature
- Preview the generated PDF

## Implementation

React and TypeScript manage the form and preview. The receipt component uses React PDF and date-fns to generate month-specific entries and group three receipts per page. Separate signature and sheet components keep the input and output flows distinct.
